Gigi

My name is Gigi and I'm a little Hahn's macaw! I'm around 18 years old and though I have done and continue to do some plucking, I'm still a pretty girl. I am also pretty much of a one person bird and have been known to not take too kindly to anyone other than my person. I love to shoulder surf and have a small vocabulary although still learning a few new words. I have some beak issues that will continue to require medical attention. I'm better but still have some behaviors that contribute to creating beak cracks and chips that need to be kept an eye on. I am very proud of my conversion from a seed based to pellet based diet. I love apples and almonds and am working on learning to eat more veggies.
