Bongo

Hi, I'm Bongo. I was living with my owner and another bird until they went abroad, and then I spent almost a year homeless with lots of different people trying to take care of me. It got pretty stressful and we got moved around a lot in all kinds of ways. People were trying to help but they didn't understand that macaws are big and loud and need a lot of space! Everyone kept passing us on. Eventually someone asked Mickaboo to help. I'm in a proper sized cage now with a much healthier diet and people who know how to safely take care of me. Could you be my next forever home? I need someone who will keep me for the rest of my (very) long life!

I'm a chill guy and quite easy to take care of once you know what life with a macaw is like. I will step up nicely and I am not too hard to manage.
