Update 16 March 2024: I've grown my feathers back and I look and feel great! I'm all set to be adopted into the right home.
Hi, I'm Blair. A nice person found me on the ground and brought me to the SF Shelter for help - I'm missing a whole load of my feathers! Someone or something must have tried to grab me as my whole tail and most of my wing feathers are missing!
The shelter asked Mickaboo to look after me, so they picked me up right away and I got taken to a vet. My weight is a little low at 138g. I got some fluids and a physical check up - I don't have any wounds other than all my missing feathers. I'm being fed well now and I'm nice and warm in an incubator with Lily while we get over our ordeals.You can see more about me at https://mickaboo.org!
