My name is Swannie because I'm as white as a swan! I lost most of one leg in some terrible accident long ago. Because of that accident, I also sometimes have problems flying. I live with other gentle finches who were also damaged, in a nice soft environment that still lets us fly a little and socialize together. Below is the story of how I came to Mickaboo.In February, 2022, Mickaboo rescued 170+ finches from an aviary. We're from that flock, are all settled into foster care, and are ready to be adopted. Most of us will do fine in aviaries with other finches, but a few of us would prefer being housed separately.
