TOPAZDOB: 5/30/2024 TOPAZ and his brother are gems. Their mom, Jewel, protected them while they lived outdoors. Spotswood TNR Program and a wonderful caring woman are responsible for saving their lives. TOPAZ is a very strong, independent kitty. He is very brave and is looking for the perfect family. Along with his brother, Tourmaline, they would be a happy addition to any family.
