Anchovy

Anchovy is about a year old as of May 2025. His situation is a bit complicated, and he's spent most of his life in rescue. He was trapped as an older kitten with the intent of socializing for adoption. Unfortunately, his foster was unable to spend the time required to work with him, so he either needed to go back outside or be moved to a different foster. Cold weather was already here, so the decision was made to move him to a different foster. He's still quite fearful, but is very motivated by food. He leans in for pets, purrs, and is generally relaxed when he's eating. He may never become a lap cat. He may have to go live in a barn. At this point, we aren't sure, but he's spent enough time here.
