No History: Gretchen's been at the Hermitage for most of her life, she came to us in May of 2017 as a transfer from another rescue.  Personality: Gretchen is a beautiful calico girl that's going to need to find a very understanding patient new forever home. She is slowly learning to trust humans and has made a few friends here among the staff and volunteers. Gretchen is a sassy girl true to her calico nature, and takes some time to warm up to new people. With the right person Gretchen may one day be a happy loving kitty, could you be that person? Medical:  Gretchen is a gorgeous FIV+ kitty. Did you know you can mix your household; with FIV and non-FIV kitties? FIV is transferred through deep bite wounds, so as long as the kitties are not aggressive, they can cohabitate! Our staff is happy to answer any questions you have about adopting an FIV+ cat!
