My Story
Snowball and Spring are a female and male bonded pair with special needs. Snowball was found as a stray who had an injury to one side of her cere, but is in good shape otherwise. Spring was surrendered from a home whose 4 budgies multiplied to over 70 in two years, and loses or plucks his chest feathers when stressed.
