Meet Titto!  He is an adorable, spunky, lovable Chihuahua  mix around 6 months old. He loves being with his people and is ready for whatever adventure you are up to. He’s happy to stroll along by your side or hang out in your arms for a cuddle. He just wants to be wherever you are and get involved!
