 Bluey was found on a rural highway just waiting for his owner.  We love this guy!  He's a whirlwind of activity like most heelers, but totally ready for his forever home!! He'll need a place with a lot of activity to take the edge off all his energ This pet is now available for adoption to a good and loving home.
