Meet Walter! He is a 2-year-old neutered male basset hound / labrador Retriever mix weighing 26lbs. we transferred this long boy in from fort morgan where he was impounded as a stray. Walter has the personality of a golden and the body of a hot dog; Don’t let his short little baby legs fool you, this dog has a mad vertical and is wicked athletic. His hobbies include wrestling with dogs of all sizes, playing mahjong competitively, and snuggling with humans. Walter spent a short amount of time as a Walmart greeter, where his friendly and outgoing demeanor allowed him to excel quickly and move up the corporate ladder. Ultimately Walter decided that a life of material wealth and corporate greed was not suited for him, so he gave it all up for a shot at finding his forever family in the mountains.
