Hippo w/ Davy

We think dear Hippo is a Carneau pigeon -- one of the "utility" pigeons, originally bred for meat but now mostly used for show. Hippo was lost or abandoned and suffered severe injuries from a predator attack before being rescued by a kind person. We're getting Hippo the best of care and pulling for a full recovery.
