Dixie came to the shelter through no fault of her own, and it’s clear she’s known the comfort of a loving home before. She’s a very good girl with a calm, steady presence that makes her a joy to be around. While she may be a little timid when first meeting new people, give her a little time and patience and you’ll see her sweet, affectionate nature shine through.She’s a quiet companion who prefers a peaceful environment and seems to get along just fine with respectful dogs—she simply isn’t a fan of rude behavior (and honestly, who is?).
