Say hello to Russ, an 8-month-old bundle of energy wrapped in a very handsome blue brindle coat with striking white markings.Seriously—this guy turns heads everywhere he goes (he knows it, too).Russ was found as a stray, but he’s quickly traded street life for a new career as a full-time goofball and play enthusiast.His mission?
