He is a sweet, affectionate young dog who gets along well with other dogs. He may take time warming up to new people, but that's only because he wants to make sure they are worthy of his love and affection. CJ likes to stay busy - he is not a couch potato. This adorable, fun guy has been in his foster home for over TWO YEARS and we don't know why!
