Panda is an adorable 8-month-old Papillon mix with a playful spirit and a big personality packed into his 12-lb frame. This happy boy is full of energy and loves to have fun. Panda’s favorite things include playing with toys, romping around with other dogs, and being part of the action. He’s a very social, cheerful little guy who brings a lot of joy wherever he goes. He does great with other dogs and would love a home where he can stay active and continue to play and explore.
