My Story
Ryder found himself in a busy Texas shelter until he caught the eye of a rescuer who got him out of there. We believe he is a "Chiweenie" - Dachshund/Chihuahua mix - who is around 7 years old and weighs 15 lbs. He was definitely someone’s baby in the past as he is house trained and loves to sleep on a pillow. Eyes are cloudy but he seems to see just fine. Ryder has been to the vet who said that his teeth weren't bad and that the hair loss on his back is from fleas. He is now flea-free and receiving medicated baths multiple times a week from his foster mom. We will provide more info on Ryder as we learn more about him.
