Carlos is 4.5 months old and weighs 12 lbs. He’s playful and active, friendly with people, and social with other dogs. Carols and his siblings – Jax, Jason, Ralph, Dalton, Boris, Parker, Sadie, Sammi – are stray rescues. They were only 2 weeks old and found with their mom.
