Hi there! My name is Rapunzel, and I'm a feathered bundle of sunshine looking for my forever home. I may have a long name, but don't worry-I'm down-to-earth and super friendly! I'm a clever hen who's always thinking, planning, and discovering fun ways to spend my day. I love wandering through my little kingdom (a.k.a. the yard or garden), pecking at treats, and basking in the sun like the princess I know I am. I may not have long golden hair, but I do have plenty of golden feathers and an unstoppable curiosity about the world around me. I love peeking over fences, exploring new corners of the yard, and finding cozy spots to daydream. I'm social too! I get along well with other hens and love a safe roost to perch on at night-think of it as my very own tower where I can rest after a day of adventures. If you're looking for a quirky, curious, and loving companion to bring a little fairy tale magic to your life, I'd love to be your Rapunzel-no prince required! The SPCA strongly encourages Adoption Holds to ensure I will be waiting to meet you when you arrive. The barn is closed for lunch from 12pm - 1pm.
