Born around April 6, 2025, Captain is a 40-lb mixed breed with a playful personality and a heart full of love. He was originally adopted from the Dallas Animal Shelter in June 2025 and has grown into a happy, energetic boy. Captain is a social pup who does well with dogs, cats, and children, making him a great candidate for many types of families. Like most young dogs, he has lots of energy and loves to play, explore, and give enthusiastic hugs to the people he loves. He is housebroken and crate trained, and he’s already neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations and has tested negative for heartworms.  Captain is looking for a home that can give him the time, attention, and playtime a young dog deserves.
