Rhonda

  Meet Rhonda!  Rhonda is a 4 year old beautiful Heeler.  It’s hard to understand why she was on the streets of Tulare City.  No one came to claim her.  Rhonda is just gorgeous! She's got a sleek, shiny coat. And she's so good! She's great in the house, rode to rescue in a crate, cruised up to her temp yard, on a loose lead like a queen. And she's fantastic with all the dogs she's been introduced to, and now living with.  Rhonda is like a lot of the heelers who get snatched up quick. She isn't a puppy and knows the drill.
