She was abandoned at Lake Berryessa and survived on her own for several weeks before finally being brought to safety, yet her heart remains incredibly gentle. Prairie absolutely adores other dogs and truly blossoms in their presence, so she would do best with a confident canine companion to help her continue building trust. She's looking for a calm, quiet home with patient adopters who understand that trust takes time and can give her the space to decompress. Once she feels safe, her sweet, loving personality really begins to shine.
