Rockette

Hey there folks, I'm Rockette! I'm an adult, female, ornate box turtle looking for my forever home! Box turtles like me are usually found in grasslands and prairies, where we love to dig and climb. I'm quite a curious girl myself, so you'll find me climbing all across my enclosure. I'm quite social and comfortable with people, so you'll rarely see me retreat into my shell! I also eat a mixture of greens, some veggies and fruits, and a variety of insects! My ideal adopter would have some turtle experience, with an escape-proof (I'm a great climber!) and predator-proof outdoor enclosure at least 4' x 4', with plenty of places to hide, soil to dig, and sunlight to enjoy!
