Meet Roo Roo is a 1-year-old Rottweiler mix whose life didn’t start out the way it should have. After experiencing neglect, she was abandoned when her owner learned Animal Control was investigating. Thankfully, Roo is now safe and getting the care she deserves.Since arriving, Roo has been blossoming more every day.
