Meet Jasper! Jasper is a handsome Bulldog mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He came to Pet Rescue By Judy after being found as a stray by a technician at one of the veterinary offices we work closely with. Jasper was microchipped, which initially gave us hope of a happy reunion—but sadly, his original family had rehomed him and was unable to take him back. Now, Jasper is looking forward to a fresh start and a forever home of his own. This sweet boy is playful, affectionate, and highly motivated by treats and food—always a plus when it comes to bonding and training! Jasper enjoys going for walks and has the cutest prance and sway when he’s out and about. He does, however, have quite a bit of strength and can be strong on the leash, so someone confident handling a sturdy pup will be important. Jasper prefers a calmer environment and can be selective with other dogs. Because of this, he would do best as the only dog in the home. True to his Bulldog roots, Jasper has a determined streak and likes to do things his own way. An adopter with Bulldog experience—or at least an appreciation for their lovable stubbornness—would be a wonderful match for him.
