Meet Duke — Big Heart, Big Energy, Big Need for a Hero Duke is back with us — not because he did anything wrong, but because life threw him a curveball. His longtime companion Duchess began struggling with his rough play, and both were returned. Now Duke is confused, grieving, and howling in his kennel, trying to make sense of it all. This big boy has been through a lot. He’s an oversized puppy at heart — full of love, full of energy, and desperate to connect. He wants to make you happy. He just needs someone who understands that big dogs sometimes come with big feelings and big needs. What Duke Needs:   - A home with no dogs under 75 lbs   - A committed adopter willing to go through our training program   - An experienced handler who understands escape artists and can keep him safe   - Patience, structure, and a whole lot of love   Duke isn’t for everyone.
