Rubio, the poor scared baby found on the street cold and alone by Kolony Cats.His personality has really blossomed. He will do best with cat or kitten siblings in the house to play with. Extremely playful with foster siblings. Loves his treats and pets.   Note:  if you do not have any other pets, we require that you adopt TWO kittens.  This is for the benefit of the kitten for behavioral development.  Companionship is critical.
