This kitten's foster family reports: This little guy may be small, but he's got a big personality. Tiny can keep up with his bigger littermates during playtime and is very vocal when he needs a snuggle or some food. If he's comfortable he'll eat kibbles right out of your hand and climb up on your shoulder to see what's going on.
