Meet Reggie, he's a fast friend to many here. He was found dragging a chain, we don't know how long he lived a chained existence. Since then he's been catching up his weight and getting his care needs started. He's been a sweetheart for treatment. He has an old issue in one leg that may be congenital or an oddly healed injury from long ago and has developed some arthritis as a result. He also is heartworm positive and will benefit from free treatment offered to adopters and fosters. Still Reggie is quite spirited and ready for a new life ahead.
