Joanie

Meet Joanie   Joanie spent her first four weeks of life in hiding  with her mother and siblings in the bedroom of a teenage boy that was determined to keep her safe.  Unfortunately after being discovered by his grandmother, she and the rest of her family found themselves homeless on a two lane highway right as summer was beginning.  Joanie bravely came out of hiding to a strange human, alerting her to the family’s plight.  After enjoying several months of love, snuggles, and good food, Joanie would really like to spread her wings and find a family of her own.  Joanie loves a good snuggle and is content to sit next to you on the sofa while you work or watch TV.  She loves pompoms and crinkle balls, and has a lifetime goal of catching the red dot from the laser light toy.  She loves the occasional treat, and will wait patiently wait for attention when you are busy.  Joanie is a gentle soul, and is growing up to be a beautiful companion.  She gets along with everyone in the house, including one very large dog.  You won’t regret making her a part of your family.
