Chase

Chase is a 1-year-old, 43-pound shepherd mix with a sunny personality. He’s the kind of dog who makes fast friends wherever he goes! On a recent field trip, Chase wasn’t so sure about the car but he was happy to explore on foot. He walked nicely overall, occasionally zig-zagging to investigate a good smell. Busy streets made him a little unsure, but he relaxed and found his stride. Inside a coffee shop, he stayed calm and happily greeted adults and kids alike, soaking up attention with a wagging tail and a big grin.  Chase knows sit, is eager to learn more, and would likely love toys, tug games, and active time with his people. He also enjoys playing with other dogs at the shelter. He could do well with a compatible dog friend or as a solo pup with dog buddies. Chase is ready to be part of your family.
