Canelo

Hi, I’m Canelo—a loyal sidekick in the making. My perfect day includes a car ride with the windows cracked just enough to sniff the breeze, a stuffed toy to carry around, and a cozy spot right next to you. I might take a little time to get to know new people, but once I do, my affection is deep and lasting. I also love playing with other dogs, so I’d be thrilled to have a canine buddy. When my “owner” (someone who failed to be my guardian) was planning to abandon me at the pound, a kind foster mom stepped in and brought me to Forte. Now I’m searching for someone who will never give up on me—someone I can love for life.
