Sandy (FCID# 05/29/2025 - 3 Glen Mills PS)

Sandy’s Rescue. During a heavy rainstorm in May, two trappers were out searching for a cat in need when an unexpected companion joined them—Sandy. Despite the downpour, Sandy followed closely behind, bravely splashing through puddles that had formed in the alley’s potholes. Soaked but determined, she made it clear she didn’t want to be left behind. A neighbor later shared that Sandy had been abandoned by a family on the block. Moved by her trust and persistence, one of the trappers gently coaxed her into a carrier. That moment marked the beginning of a new chapter for Sandy—a journey toward safety, love, and a forever home. Sandy loves pets and is a kind friend to all cats and people.
