Churro

Churro is a sweet, older bird (King pigeon used as squab breeder) who is finally getting the medical care he needs and the retirement he deserves. He was found abandoned- just skin and bones, and dirty feathers. Life had not been kind to this weathered soul. Fortunately, his rescuers knew he needed help and were able to get him to Palomacy. His foster observed that he was pale, anorexic, and far skinnier than your average stray pigeon. Less than two days after being on the streets, Churro was able to be examined at the Medical Center for Birds where he received life-saving care thanks to our donors’ support.
