LEO

INFO: Leo is a strikingly handsome foster pup who is looking for his forever home! With his foster family, he has been an affectionate, people-oriented dog who seems to enjoy being close to his humans. He often chooses to settle nearby for cuddles and has interacted positively with children in the home and other dogs in his foster’s experience. He has been potty trained, has responded to basic cues like sit and shake, and appears treat-motivated, playful, curious, and fairly active. On walks, he seems to have good stamina and interest in exploring.Leo has shown excitement when seeing other dogs or meeting new people and may pull on leash, bark, or jump initially, afterwhich he settles. At times, his foster has noticed that he can seem a little jealous of his foster siblings when attention is being shared. In the home, he has had challenges with crating and with being left alone for longer stretches, though he has tolerated shorter periods alone inside and has made improvements with time.
