Those big warm eyes say everything about Pumpernickel’s personality. He’s a gentle soul who wants to please. Smart, calm, and dignified. He is a bit of an escape artist (all the smartest ones are!) so may be best suited for a free roam lifestyle. This guy is a prize and a volunteer favorite, bringing a quiet, comforting, and peaceful presence to every occasion. He is a huge cuddler, and will absolutely melt into your lap or your arms if you’ll let him!
