Harper is a charming white and black female cat with a friendly, outgoing personality. She enjoys meeting new people and is always happy to receive attention, pets, and kind words. With her sweet nature and easygoing attitude, Harper makes fast friends and would fit right into many types of homes.  She is great with other cats and respectful dogs. Harper is UTD, spayed and tested negative for FeLV/FIV.
