This dog is available to meet by appointment only. This young, 54-pound Malinois mix is a sensitive, thoughtful girl who’s still learning that the world can be a kind place. Nyx can be shy with new people and startles at unfamiliar sounds, but give her a moment (and a few treats!) and she’ll bravely step forward, offer a sit, and lean in for gentle chin scratches that turn into real trust. Nyx enjoys dog playgroups and loves a good chase-style game. She’d do well with appropriately paired canine friends, or she’d be happy as your one-and-only with dog buddies on the side. True to her breed, she’s smart, active, and eager to learn, and she’s looking for an experienced, patient adopter who can offer structure, enrichment, and plenty of physical and mental outlets. Nyx has all the potential to truly shine in a stable home of her own.
