Ellie

  Meet Ellie, a sweet, loving two year old German shepherd. She knows her basic training like sit and down but can use a refresher course on leash manners. She’s a very smart girl and loves other dogs and people.   She has several dog friends that she plays well with.  She can be dog selective so slow introductions with new dogs should be done.   As much as she love play time with her furry friends, she loves to be right next to her humans.  She will even take a nap with them, she loves to snuggle.   Ellie does well with older children but can be very enthusiastic so no children under 16 years old.  She is not a fan of cats, so no cats, she will run and chase them.    Ellie would love an experienced dog owner who wants to have adventures.     Ellie is spayed and up to date on vaccines, on monthly heart worm and flea and tick medication.  She is located in Wilmington and there is a $150 adoption fee.   If you are interested in learning more about this sweet girl, please contact Donna at BMSR1313@gmail.com or fill out an online application at Bluemoonshepherdrescue@gmail.com.
