Meet Dan! Dan’s story began underneath a house, where he was born to a feral mom and rescued by a kind good samaritan who wanted to give him a chance at a better life. Now about 2–3 months old and weighing around 22 pounds, Dan is safe, cared for, and ready to find his forever home. He has a beautiful reddish tan coat and an especially sweet personality that makes him easy to fall in love with. Because of his rough start, Dan can be shy at first, but once he feels secure, his gentle and loving nature shines through. With patience, love, and positive guidance, Dan will continue to build confidence and learn that people can be kind and trustworthy.
