Waylon

Meet Waylon  Waylon is a young hound mix with a big personality packed into a little puppy body. He’s spunky, playful, and endlessly friendly—always ready to explore his surroundings and follow his nose on the next adventure. Like many hounds, Waylon is vocal and isn’t shy about letting you know what he’s thinking! He’s still very much a puppy and will need continued training, structure, and patience as he grows and learns. Waylon isn’t a fan of being in a crate just yet, but with time, positive reinforcement, and consistency, he’ll continue to make progress.Waylon will do best in a home with another confident dog. If you’re looking for a fun-loving, adventurous pup who will keep life interesting and reward you with plenty of personality and affection, Waylon might be your guy.  * Puppies under 5 months should not be left alone for more than 4 hours at a time to help them with potty training and socialization.   If you have previously applied with us please email placement@midwestanimalrescue.org to reactivate your application with new interest.
