SCOTT

Scott is a handsome Lab with a calm, easygoing personality and a nice balance of independence and affection. He’s great on a leash and known for sitting calmly and waiting for his leash like a polite gentleman. Scott has a medium energy level. He’s perfectly content to entertain himself by sniffing around and taking in his surroundings, but he’s just as happy to soak up attention when it’s offered. He absolutely loves being pet and will lean in close against you and sneak in a few sweet kisses.Scott sits on command…sometimes. He hasn’t quite mastered it yet, but he’s motivated by treats so we’re sure with more practice he’ll pick it up. He really enjoys snacks and takes them gently from your hand. He’s not very interested in toys, but he’s done well meeting other dogs in shelter playgroups. He tends to have a more dominant personality type around other dogs. If you’re looking for a friendly, affectionate companion who can happily explore on his own and then come back for cuddles, Scott might be your perfect match!
