My Story

Yo-Yo came to us with her name—but honestly, it couldn’t fit her better. She was found on the streets in the Madisonville area. A nice family took her in and started her vaccines and did her snap test, but since they didn't spay her, she was not doinig well with their pets because there were unfixed males in the home. So Yo Yo found herself back outside and posted as free on fb. However, she was lucky enough to land with a foster from our group willing to give a young adult cat a chance. And that matters, because fosters for grown cats are few and far between—for understandable reasons. Most adult cats come with baggage: unsocialized to humans, other animals, or both.Yo-Yo? She adores people. Humans are her safe place.Other animals, though, absolutely terrify her.Between her common coloring and her fear of other furrbabies, she’s a tough sell. And even though she was found outside, the outdoors scare her too. What she really wants is a quiet, calm home where she can finally exhale. That’s why we’re really leaning on our #SpottedInBG village today. These cats deserve homes just as much as the kittens—and we know the right people are out there.✨ We can transport to Bowling Green within the next couple of days for approved applicants. Please share, tag, and help us help Yo-Yo find the safe, peaceful home she’s been waiting for. ➡️
