She’s ready to run the yard, leap into your arms, and fill your days with love and excitement.Stella is still learning the ropes of life—she’ll need continued work on obedience, leash walking, and building consistency with her manners. The good news? She already knows “sit,” “lay down,” and (occasionally!) “paw.” She’s a smart girl who just needs practice and guidance with skills like “stay” and other basics. She would thrive in a home that can give her plenty of playtime, mental stimulation, and a cozy spot where she can finally plop down for a well-deserved nap.Stella would do best as the only dog in the home at this time. She’s still unsure about other canine friends and feels most comfortable soaking up the solo companionship of her humans.Good news for cat lovers! Stella is cat friendly, but she would need to be placed with a dog-savvy cat and have proper management in place. She is very interested in playing and interacting with cats, and if a cat runs away, she may be tempted to chase.
