Meet Najia – a lovable, silly girl with a huge heart and an even bigger love for her people. Najia is the definition of a “velcro dog,” happily following her favorite humans from room to room and soaking up every moment together. She’s affectionate, generous with kisses, and happiest when she’s curled up next to you on the couch with a toy after a fun walk or a zoomie session in the yard.Najia loves to play! Soft toys, tug-of-war, and fetch are some of her favorite games (though she prefers if you grab the ball from her mouth rather than drop it!). In a yard she’ll burst into joyful zoomies, roll around in the grass, and even use the lawn as her personal back scratcher. She walks in a harness and can be very excited at the start of a walk, but she settles in as she goes. Car rides are easy for her, and she’s already learned some great basics like sit, lay down, and crate.This sweet girl is still young and learning about the world. Najia would thrive with an adopter who can continue helping her build confidence and practice her manners. One of Najia’s funniest quirks is that she’s a little bit like a cat in a dog’s body—she loves rubbing her head and body along walls, furniture, and even people as she walks by.
