People vacated an apartment, leaving outrageous filth and debris behind - and also 10 cats. Vinny was one of those cats.Vinny is a delightful boy. He is shy, but will come close to his foster Mom, especially when it it time for treats! He will sniff her outstretched fingers but does not want to be actually touched. Vinny is very social with all other cats; he gets along well with everyone.Vinny would benefit greatly from being adopted into a quiet home where he can get more individual attention. He does definitely need and want a feline buddy or two to play and cuddle with.Vinny is in excellent health. He has a corneal scar on one eye which does not negatively affect him in any way. He is a sweet and appealing boy who will reward a patient owner as he slowly blossoms.
