**Meet Bonita: The Elegant Calico with a Touch of Catitude** Bonita is a charming 6-year-old feline with a stunning, well-kept calico coat. Surrendered by her previous owner, Bonita is still adjusting to her new surroundings but is ready to find a loving forever home. Her striking coat is a testament to her elegance and unique beauty. As an owner surrender, Bonita is slowly acclimating, and her interactions with other cats, young kids, and dogs remain unknown. Bonita isn’t shy about showing her cat-itude, often giving a low growl or a hiss toward other cats. However, she doesn’t mind receiving affection and attention from humans, but being able to read some body language and understand some kitties are just not as loving as others, is a plus! Bonita would do best in a patient home that understands her need for space as she continues to adjust. While she’s warm to people, her potential adopters should be mindful of her temperament towards other animals. A quieter home may help her feel more comfortable and open up in her own time.   If you have a soft spot for independent and stunning calicos, Bonita is eager to be your feline friend. All cats are spayed/neutered (deposit required if too young), vaccinated, dewormed, flea and tick treated, microchipped and more before adoption. Our adoption policies include: Application, Vet reference, Landlord approval & Criminal Background Check. HSBC has a policy of not declawing, which is included on our Adoption Contract.  We do not do same day adoptions.
