I’m the kind of dog who leans right into your hands the moment you start petting me. I love being the center of attention when I'm comfortable with you. Sometimes I get a little nervous going indoors. New spaces, doorways, or unfamiliar rooms can make me pause and look to you for reassurance. But if you’re patient and encouraging, I’ll gather my courage and follow your lead. Having you nearby makes brave things feel possible. Treats? Oh yes, please. I’m very food-motivated and always hopeful when I hear a crinkle or see your hand reach into a pocket. I even know how to sit! Just say the word, and I’ll plant my bottom right down, looking up at you with my best “Did I do it right?” face. More than anything, I just love being near you. Whether we’re playing, training, or simply relaxing, I’m happiest by your side. If you move to another room, I’ll probably follow. You’re my favorite place to be.
