Meet Shiloh  Shiloh is a 14-week-old puppy with the softest eyes and the sweetest little personality. She’s the smallest of her litter, but her heart is growing bigger every day. She’s just starting to come out of her shell and it’s been beautiful to watch—especially now that she’s discovered how much she loves belly rubs.
