Poppin

Meet Poppin, a 6 month old pup with a sweet, easygoing personality. Poppin has cerebellar hyperplasia, which gives him a little pep in his step. It’s not painful, and it doesn’t stop him from living a happy, playful life.  He loves other dogs and would do best with a canine buddy. Being outside is his favorite, and when he’s done playing, he’s all about chewing on bones and cuddles. Poppin is doing great with potty training, uses a bell to let you know when he needs to go out, and can use a doggy door. He does best with minimal stairs and softer surfaces like rugs or carpet to help him get around.Poppin is such a sweet, special boy who brings joy everywhere he goes. He may move a little differently, but he is perfectly imperfect and looking for a special family who will love him just as he is.Applications can be filled out at www.piedmontanimalrescue.com/adopt!  Petfinder and Adopt-A-Pet does NOT send us Applications. We receive many applications and many never respond after processing GREATLY delaying the pets forever home.  Please only apply if you are serious about adopting.  Please also make sure your pets are up to date on you species applicable Vaccines (rabies, Distemper/Parvo, FVRCP, Bordetella), spayed/neutered, and on Heartworm prevention if a canine. The adoption fee includes their age appropriate vaccinations(DA2PP and Bordetella), Dewormer, spay/neuter, microchip, heartworm test as well as the registration of their microchip information to you.
